Regular price items
We offer a 14 day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, unwashed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.
A return authorization is also required.
There are a few exceptions:
- Socks, tights, hats and bows may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned.
- Swimsuits are non -refundable. They can be exchanged for a size or a store credit only.
- Seasonal /Holiday items and apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the holidays.
Sale Price items:
Sale Price items include any item not purchased at the full retail price. Items on sale and clearance are not refundable.
Return Authorization
All returns require a return authorization number. You may request a return authorization by email or calling the store.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non -refundable. If you purchased an item that included free shipping, upon return the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
